28-07-2008 ! IMPORTANT !

Due to a recent increase in Spam e-mails, some of which have contained viruses, I have had to significantly increase the level of Spam filtering I use. I am no longer downloading any e-mails Yahoo! flag as spam to my PC. This level of filtering does come with a small risk that genuine e-mails will be mistaken as Junk by the system. I will log into the account periodically (most likely once a month) to vet the Spam folder, if you do not receive a response within seven days it is likely your e-mail was mistaken as Spam. I will get back to you; however it could be up to a further twenty-one days.

To aid the e-mail vetting process, please always give your e-mail a Subject, preferably quoting “V4Power” as a prefix. I do not wish to have to open suspect e-mails within the Spam folder, therefore highly ambiguous single word subjects such as “Help” “Thanks” “Questions” risk being ignored.

My apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Due to current personal circumstances and the number of e-mails recently received, it may take me a while to answer your questions for the next few months. My sincere apology's for any inconvenience; I will get back to you when I can. Please be patient.

Please Note the change of contact e-mail address. Do Not attempt to send e-mail to the old address (support_v4power@hotmail.com), the account no longer exists.

If you have any questions or comments please contact me. You can do this in one of two ways.

1. If you use an e-mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, click the following link:

Send mail using my e-mail client

2. If you use an online e-mail account, such as Yahoo, enter the following address in your ‘To’ field:

contact_v4power@yahoo.co.uk

Before writing your e-mail:

  • Please always complete the Subject field of any e-mail. Ambiguous single word Subjects, such as “Help” “Thanks” “Questions” are likely to be mistaken as Spam, so try to include “V4Power” as a prefix. (e.g. “V4Power- NC30 Questions”).
  • When reporting problems with the site, please quote the page it occurred on, and the nature of the problem.
  • When reporting broken links, the page that the link is on and the URL of the site it is trying to connect with would be helpful.
  • Please note, due to the limits on both inbox capacity and file attachment size enforced by most e-mail services, it is not possible for me to send copies of my workshop manual or microfiche via e-mail.
